Simulated voting
XMANNA governance
COMMUNITY DIRECTION.
NOT AUTONOMOUS CHAOS.
XMANNA is designed so the community tells the studio what matters next. AI then helps execute that direction within visible rules, defined permissions and governed release controls.
The principle
PEOPLE SET THE DIRECTION. THE STUDIO DOES THE WORK.
Token-community participation is not intended to make every individual decision by committee. It is a structured way for eligible XMAN holders and community participants to decide the priorities that should enter the product pipeline: games, modes, worlds, tournaments, reward mechanics and ecosystem initiatives.
Once a direction wins, the system records it, Adam scopes it, agents build against it and the Build Ledger makes the progress visible. That keeps the studio creative and responsive without becoming uncontrolled.
The initial version is deliberately simulated. It lets the XMANNA community see the mechanics and safety model before live token-connected governance is switched on.

Community review
Draft proposals are discussed, refined and made eligible for the next appropriate voting window.
Test vote
Authenticated participants can view simulated voting power, select an option and see results marked clearly as demonstration data.
Build Ledger
Passed direction flows into a public status trail: specification, agents, tests, community testing and release outcome.
What is coming
THE PROPOSALS AND VOTING EXPERIENCE IS IN PHASED DEPLOYMENT.
The public pages explain the model today. The first functional dashboard will introduce simulated accounts, proposals, voting and Build Ledger tracking before any live token integration.
