Intent & authority
Source proposal, eligible vote, winning option and the governance status that allowed the work to begin.
Public transparency layer
The XMANNA Build Ledger is designed to show exactly how a community decision becomes a governed release: the proposal, vote, specification, assigned agents, build evidence, test result and release outcome.
Build Ledger / demo
The first ledger is a public demonstration of the model. The lifecycle below uses seeded example data—not a claim that a live game feature has been released. It shows the level of accountability XMANNA is building into the studio from the beginning.
No build should disappear into a black box. Each stage should have a status, an owner, evidence and a known release boundary.
What the ledger will show
Source proposal, eligible vote, winning option and the governance status that allowed the work to begin.
Specification versions, assigned agents, worker status, logs, artifact metadata and test results.
Release channel, security status, community-testing outcome, approved result and rollback record where relevant.
Follow the work
The public page shows the transparency standard. The next functional milestone adds authenticated users, simulated governance and a live demonstration lifecycle.
